Ronald D. Rosengarten, Esq. was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1987, and graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1986. Mr. Rosengarten received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, Cum Laude in 1982. He is admitted to practice law in the state of California, before the United States District Court, Central District and Northern District. With over 25 years of civil trial experience, Ronald D. Rosengarten has successfully tried multiple cases to verdict for both individuals and companies, and has represented insurance carrier clients in third party civil subrogation recovery actions throughout California, resulting in substantial monetary recoveries from responsible negligent third parties. He has also successfully negotiated multiple complex global settlements which have limited his clients’ future financial exposure on longstanding claims.

 

Jennifer A. Nohavandi, Esq. was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2012. She graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2011. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University Northridge in May 2008. She is currently an active member of the American Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, Los Angeles Bar Association, San Fernando Valley Bar Association, and the Women’s Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.

 

Samantha Taricani, Paralegal, joined the Rosengarten & Associates legal team in October 2012, shortly after receiving her certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, Extension, in cooperation with the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law and approved by the American Bar Association, in June 2012. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2010, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication. She is an active member of the Los Angeles Paralegal Association, California Alliance of Paralegal Associations, and the National Association of Legal Assistants.
